10 Year Nomination Form

Clubs, Associations and Regions may nominate any volunteer in their organisation who has given 10 or more years voluntary service. The person nominated will receive a letter of thanks from the CEO of Cricket Victoria and a certificate of recognition. This letter and certificate will be sent to the nominator for presentation to the recipient at an appropriate function organised by the Club, Association or Region.
