Information

The Beaumaris Cricket Club are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced new head coach. Applicants should have an appropriate amount of previous experience coaching local club cricket or an equivalent level. The head coach will be responsible for the planning and implementation of engaging and relevant training programs for the senior club. Additional advisory roles are also expected, including advising the junior director of coaching, advising on the recruitment of players and advising the chairman of selectors. Suitable remuneration will be provided depending on negotiated role, ability and experience. The club welcomes applications from both coach-only and playing-coach applicants.

 

Key Selection Criteria

  • The successful applicant will have relevant previous coaching experience. Certification and/or training ideal.
  • Strong proven leadership and communication skills
  • Organisational and planning ability
  • A Working with Children Check (or be willing to obtain one on appointment)
