GRAND FINAL PREVIEWS

Lord’s Taverners Shield:

QLD have been the side to beat all week in this division, and having gone down in both appearances to them earlier in the week, the VIC LTS will be feeling the heat. However, as seen in the Open Women’s Semi Final yesterday, momentum does some funny things. The Vics will be aiming to make their mark early and turn the tables from last year’s results.

Open Women:

The Victorian Open Women will seek to hold their title of National Champions and replicate their 2015 campaign when they face South Australia at midday. Their first encounter this week saw the Vics go down by 4 runs to SA, however this side have run on to win every game in their 2016 national championships campaign since then. The Vics will certainly take some confidence from this leading into their final hit out of the week.
