Game Development Administrator

Cricket Victoria is one of Australia's leading sporting organisations and carries the responsibility of developing Cricket throughout the State. The Game Development department is responsible for promoting and facilitating the expansion of community cricket at all levels within Victoria, to underpin growth and participation and the success of the Victorian and Australian teams.

Following the promotion of our current administrator to the Community Manager position, we are seeking a full time Game Development Administrator to join our team. This is a varied role providing administrative support to the General Manager Game Development and the entire Game Development Department to ensure that all programs are implemented and managed successfully.

Duties of this position include:

  • Secretarial and administration assistance to the Game Development General Manager i.e. reports, letter writing, minute taking, collation and management of computerised data.
  • Coordination of departmental meetings and conferences.
  • Administrative assistance to community programs, junior development programs and game development events and activities.
  • Assisting with presentations and promotion.
  • Assisting in booking and organisation of travel and accommodation.

To be successful you will be energetic, resourceful and show strong initiative. You will have a high standard of writing, excellent IT knowledge, have a flexible and patient outlook and be able to handle a variety of requests at once. The salary package for this position is approximately $40,000 gross.
