Ground Availability
A ground availability report is available within the system. This will predominatly assist associations in identifying which grounds are available for use on any given day.
This report as shown from the above screenshot is available under Reports and then Ground Reports. You will need to select your association from the tree. If you leave the "Search for your Ground by location" blank it will return all grounds in that organisation. Otherwise, you can select a specific ground from the tree (they appear with a green field icon in front of them). It is then a simple matter of choosing the date to view availability and then clicking on the Generate Report button.
This will then display a matrix as follows. The green colouring displays the times that the ground is not available on each of the given days.
