Mont Albert CC is affiliated with Eastern Cricket Association with 1st XI in Dunstan Shield and 3 other turf teams and a synthetic team in lower grades. The 1st XI have been finalists in 9 out of the past 10 seasons. The Club has a very healthy veterans section of 5 teams in addition to 10 Junior teams.

Manningham Cricket Club seek a Playing Coach for Season 2008/09
2008-09 will see Manningham Cricket Club be one of only two clubs to field sides in the top two grades of the Synthetic cricket section of the ECA (MacGibbon and Burt Shields). We now seek the services of an enthusiastic and driven playing coach to help develop our young playing list to the level of regular finals participants.
Manningham CC is located in East Doncaster at Rieschiecks Reserve fielding 3 senior teams, 3 junior teams and conducts a very successful Milo Have-A-Go program in Melbourne's largest cricket association.
The preferred candidate for this role will bring some or all of:
• Playing experience at a level commensurate with or higher than the level of our current first XI
• On field leadership experience at some level of cricket
• Ability to work in a coaching capacity with players of a range of skill levels
• Passion for developing junior cricketers and creating pathway structures
• Previous coaching experience not essential
The candidate will be required to attend all senior training sessions and conduct some junior coaching sessions throughout the season.

St Davids Cricket Club seeks a Playing Coach for the 2008/09 BHRDCA Cricket Season
The St. Davids Cricket Club, located in Donvale, play in the Box Hill Reporter District Cricket Association. We currently have 3 Senior, 2 Veterans, 4 Junior sides and a thriving Milo Have a Go Cricket Program.
St Davids Cricket Club is a growing cricket club with an exciting on-field future due to the current growth of our junior program and a large batch of junior cricketers currently breaking into the senior ranks of our club.
We are looking at a potential candidate that can assist with this development and seek the challenge that St Davids can provide.
The club has excellent on and off field facilities for the successful candidate including use of the latest cricket-training equipment such as bowling machines, slips nets/cradles and video camera equipment.

• Set-up and run a pre-season training program
• Co-ordinate and run mid-week and pre-game training sessions for cricketer's of all skill levels

Bulleen Templestowe Cricket Club seeks the services of an experienced Captain/Coach for Season 2008/09
The Bullants finished Runners-Up in McIntosh Shield Grade last season, with the clubs 2nds and 3rds winning premierships in their respective grades. The club has an extensive junior program which provides good flow through to the Senior teams.

Box Hill Cricket Club (Men) seek the services of an Assistant Coach for Season 2008/09
The Box Hill Cricket Club has re-established itself as strength in Sub-District Cricket over recent seasons, culminating in back-to-back First XI premierships in 2006/07 & 2007/08. The Club is proud of the professional environment it has created in which the players can receive very high quality coaching and is constantly exploring ways to improve further upon a strong established base.
The Club has a Head Coach (Peter Shepard) who oversees the coaching program including training and the Club's overall development needs and is currently seeking an Assistant Coach.
The following are seen as the major responsibilities of the chosen person. These may change over the course of this season.
- Assist the Head Coach with planning for the playing direction for the Club - i.e training schedule, training targets, Club goals, off-field requirements, match-day preparation, match-day tactics for all sides.
- To be responsible for general player development. This would involve discussion and demonstration sessions with individuals and small groups to improve their approach to specific aspects of the game and to their general preparation and attitude to play the game successfully.
- Assist in the running of senior training, in conjunction with, and at the discretion of the Club Head Coach (fielding, one-on-one work, fitness etc).
- Be available to run training in the absence of the Head Coach.
- Provide specialist coaching to a group of selected players. This should involve analysis and remedial work with senior players (4 or 5 players) and a developmental role with our younger players (4 or 5 players).
- Provide input on selection of all sides (but not required to attend selection meetings).
- Assist with player recruiting and player retention.
- Be a member of the Club's Cricket Committee & attend meetings as required.
- Attend all social functions and encourage others to do likewise.

Camberwell Grammar School is seeking Cricket Coaches for it's 2008/09 Programme
Cricket Coaches 2008/09
Camberwell Grammar School, a founding member of the Associated Grammar Schools of Victoria, is an independent boys' school that has provided a diverse and challenging educational environment since 1886.
The School is seeking experienced cricket coaches with the relevant qualifications and a proven record in coaching to coach and manage one or more of our junior teams (years 7-12) as part of the School's cricket programme.
The successful applicant will be available to attend training sessions from 3.30pm to 5.00pm from Monday to Thursday and Saturday morning games, have strong communication skills and a keen desire to expand and improve the School's cricket programme. The season runs from mid-October to mid-March with a 4-6 week break over Christmas and the New Year.

Templestowe Cricket Club is seeking a Senior Coach for Season 2008-2009
Senior Cricket Coach - Templestowe Cricket Club
TCC has 4 senior sides affiliated with the Box Hill Reporter District Cricket Association. It also has 7 junior teams and an established Milo in2cricket program for boys and girls under the age of 10.
The club has a long and successful history, winning many flags over the years including the 07/08 3rd XI Premiership.
The club enjoys very good training facilities, with two practice nets, a bowling machine and other specialist equipment. There are two cricket ovals on Templestowe Reserve. A brand new facility is due for commencement late 2008.
We are looking for a coach, playing or non-playing who has successfully competed at a higher grade of cricket and who ideally is able to demonstrate:
1) Strong leadership skills, by word and example
2) Keen determination to help bring on-field success to the club
3) Good communication skills
4) Availability to lead most senior training sessions, including pre-season
5) Ability to teach and improve cricket techniques
6) Willingness to occasionally help with junior development
7) Ability to help build club camaraderie and an enjoyable cricketing environment
8) Interest in supporting club social functions
9) Willingness to help with selection in all senior sides
Preferably, the successful applicant will be prepared to commit for more than just one season so that he can grow in partnership with the club and reap the benefits of his efforts.
Whilst a Level 1 coaching accreditation is preferable, the club is prepared to invest in the development of the right candidate by supporting him in gaining such qualifications.
A package commensurate with the successful applicant's skills and experience will be negotiated.
