Lands Determination
This important information is to notify clubs and associations on what has been agreed to by Cricket Victoria and AFL Victoria in conjunction with the state government for determining the division of seasons. The Lands Determination, also known as the Determination of Seasons has been signed by Tony Dodemaide on behalf of Cricket Victoria, Peter Schwobb on behalf of AFL Victoria and The Hon. James Merlino MP on behalf of the state government.
Although this document is specific to council grounds and facilities on crown land, it is a useful document for clubs and associations to be aware of should they have planning issues in the future.
