GEOFF TAMBLYN (Chairman)

A taxation consultant and business advisor, Geoff has been Chairman of Cricket Victoria since 2000/01, a member of the CV Board since 1993/94, and was appointed to the Cricket Australia Board in 1997. He also acted as a Delegate for the St Kilda Cricket Club from 1988/89 to 2000/01. Geoff played cricket for St Kilda for many years and represented Victoria at first-class level in 1974 as a right–hand batsman & wicketkeeper. He is also a member of the CV 200 Club. |
EARL EDDINGS (Deputy Chairman)

Deputy Chairman of Cricket Victoria since 2008, and a Board Member since 2006. Cricket Australia Director since October 2008. North Melbourne Cricket Club President from 2001 until November 2008. Earl has played 242 games for North Melbourne and Northcote Cricket Clubs, also representing the Victorian Second XI in 1988/89. He is also a member of the Cricket Victoria 200 Club. Earl is a Managing Director of Australia/Asia for a global environmental consulting firm. He has a background in risk management and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the London Business School. |
SUE CROW

Sue has been a member of the Cricket Victoria Board since 2007. She is Chair of the Cricket Victoria Grants Committee and also sits on the Females in Cricket Reference Group. An experienced sports manager, Sue has held positions as CEO of Netball Victoria, Softball Australia and Women’s Cricket Australia. In her role at Women’s Cricket Australia, Sue was instrumental in the establishment of the WNCL and initiated the integration of men’s and women’s cricket at a national level. Sue is currently General Manager Community at the new A-League football club, Melbourne Heart. |
CLAUDIA FATONE

Claudia Fatone was elected to the Cricket Victoria Board in 2011. Claudia has an extensive sport management background, including roles as Executive Officer and President of the Victorian Women's Cricket Association, Women's Cricket Operations Manager with Cricket Victoria, Director of Womensport & Recreation Victoria and member of the Local Organising Committee of the 5th World Conference on Women & Sport 2010. |
PAUL JACKSON

A Banking and Finance Executive, Paul was appointed to the Cricket Victoria Board in 2007. He is currently Chairman of the Audit & Risk Committee, and a member of Finance & Investment and Marketing Committees. Paul represented both Victoria and Queensland over a 14 year playing career, and has acted as specialist cricket commentator with ABC Radio. He is a life member of Richmond Cricket Club. |
TREVOR O’HOY

Appointed as a Director of Cricket Victoria in 2009 and is one of Cricket Victoria’s three Directors appointed to the Cricket Australia Board. Trevor is a high profile businessman and Chair of the Monash University Campaign. He is also a graduate of Monash with a Bachelor of Economics, the AASC Middle Management Program at Mount Eliza (Victoria) and the Harvard Advanced Management Program for international managers. In 1976, Mr O'Hoy joined Carlton & United Beverages (CUB - a division of Foster's Group) as a cadet executive, where he remained to serve in a variety of roles throughout a long and distinguished 32 year career. His key roles included: Mr O'Hoy is the recipient of the 2001 Australian INSTO magazine CFO of the Year award and was voted by his peers as BRW magazine's most admired new CEO of 2005. Monash recognised his achievements by presenting him with a 2005 Distinguished Alumni. |
MALCOLM SMITH

Malcolm is a General Manager with Rural Finance Corporation. He was appointed as a Director of Cricket Victoria in 2000 and is currently Chair of the Finance and Investment Committee, Chair of the Umpires Liaison Committee, Chair of the Administration Managers’ Committee and a Member of the Grants Committee. Malcolm played District cricket as a wicket-keeper for Hawthorn-East Melbourne Cricket Club and later for Doncaster Cricket Club in the Sub-District competition prior to its merger with Fitzroy Cricket Club. He became President of Fitzroy Doncaster Cricket Club in 1991, a position he held for 14 years. |
RUSSELL THOMAS

A Program Manager within the Information & Communication Technology Industry, Russell is currently on the CV Grants Committee and a member of the Premier Cricket Review Committee. Russell was appointed to the Board in 2009 and is currently President of the Camberwell Magpies Cricket Club. Russell has over 30 years experience within cricket as a player (over 300 games at Premier Cricket level in all XIs) and administrator with both the Collingwood and Camberwell Magpies Cricket Clubs. Russell played fifteen 1st XI matches, was a right hand batsman and part-time spin bowler. |
PETER WARNER

Peter has been a Director of Cricket Victoria for 11 years and was former Treasurer. He is a member of the CV Audit & Risk and Remuneration Committees and Chairman of the Game Development Committee. He is also former President and Delegate for Camberwell Magpies Cricket Club, following a 50 year+ association with that Club and the VSDCA Camberwell Cricket Club. Peter was also a Director of Cricket Australia for 2 years.
