We are seeking an Assistant Coach/3rd XI captain to facilitate the development of the next generation of
Dandenong cricketer.
Duties will include:
- Facilitate junior development program in the off season.
- Have input into talent identification and retention.
- Being available for training on Tuesdays and Thursdays during the season.
- Captaining 3rd XI.
- Communicate with Head Coach and Chairman of Selectors.
- Reporting on young talent at mid-season and end of season.
- Generally assist at training sessions.
The position comes with monetary remuneration and the opportunity to attend professional development sessions.

The Silverton Cricket Club, based in Noble Park North, has a vacancy for a captain/coach for season 2012/13. We
currently have the equal highest number of Senior teams (5), in the City of Greater Dandenong. These comprise of
2 x Turf & 3 x Synthetic teams. We also have a T20 Turf team which competes approximately once a month on a Tuesday
night. Our grades this season were as follows:
TURF 2, T20, TURF 4, B GRADE, C GRADE, 1 DAY COMP.
Our 1st XI (TURF 2), was promoted to TURF 2 with a week's notice prior to last season & this season, with a full 6 month
Recruiting Campaign, expects to be playing Finals.
All of our Turf & Synthetic teams have either won a Premiership or competed in Finals, these last 2 seasons.
Remuneration can be negotiated for the right applicant.
