Promoting The Program
The in2CRICKET recruitment flyer is designed for distribution within your preferred schools and winter sports clubs etc prior to your Group's Registration Day. The flyer is designed to attract children and parents to the in2CRICKET Program.
Advise the school that these flyers should be distributed to students in Grades Prep, 1, 2, 3 and 4 at the school. Inclusion in school newsletters and display on school and community notice boards will increase awareness of your Program.
The recruitment flyers are a standard A4 size and have been designed so that your Group's information can be photocopied onto them in the space provided.
After consultation with your Regional Cricket Manager a free promotional clinic will be arranged at a local school. The Cricket Victoria representative will contact the school to organise the promotional cricket clinic on a day and time suitable for both parties. Once this date has been confirmed, you will be contacted and advised the day and time of the promotional cricket clinic. It is strongly encouraged that either the Group Coordinator or Assistant Group Coordinator is present at this session so they can promote their Group's program to the students and answer questions relating to their Cricket Club or Association (if neither are available, a cricket club or association representative should attend in their place).
