Promotional Giveaway Items Delivery & Payment process

Once again the delivery of the promotional giveaway packs to all registered groups will be ‘up front' prior to the commencement of the program. The quantity of the giveaway packs to be delivered will be calculated on last season's group participation numbers. It is important to note that the giveaway packs will again be delivered in boxes of 5.  (New groups will receive an initial delivery of 20 giveaway packs)

If groups are expecting an increase in participant numbers or new groups are expecting more than 20 participants, please nominate the anticipated number on the registration form enclosed in this booklet and return it to Cricket Victoria prior to August 29, 2008.

Groups registering by this date will receive the giveaway packs prior to their registration day. Centre Registration Forms received after August 29 will not be guaranteed delivery of the giveaway packs prior to the Registration-Commencement day.

If during the program additional packs are required, all you have to do is send in the completed registration forms with the payment to Cricket Victoria. The packs will then be delivered to the nominated address within 2 weeks of CV receiving payment.

The Cricket Victoria fee will be $45.00 per in2CRICKET HAGo participant and $45.00 per in2CRICKET HAGame participant (GST inclusive). Groups can charge up to a maximum of $10.00 extra per participant to raise money for in2CRICKET related activities eg: sausage sizzles, drinks, medallions and postage (packs sent back to CV).

Cricket Victoria will issue invoices to all Clubs for all giveaways, within 2 weeks of delivery. Payment, registration forms and excess giveaway packs are to be forwarded to Cricket Victoria no later than 3 weeks after of the nominated Registration-Commencement Date of the program. Please ensure that this is carried through as unfinancial clubs will not be invited to participate in On Field Entertainment.
