Year 5/6 Statewide Competition is run in Term 4 every year and is open to every primary school in Victoria. In 2010 there were over 700 schools and 3,022 teams (1,765 boys and 1,257 girls) involved. more

Year 7/8 and Year 9/10 Statewide Competition is run in Term 4 every year and is open to every secondary school in Victoria. In 2010 there were over 200 schools and 829 teams (505 boys and 324 girls) involved. more
LORD'S TAVERNERS SCHOOLS CUP
An annual competition held in December to decide the best school cricket team in Victoria for that year. Schools that win their School Sport Association's senior cricket premiership are invited to participate in this round robin event.  more

Cricket Victoria is again offering free admission for kids groups from a school or club. Please see below for attached form:

School Sport Victoria (SSV)
Cricket Victoria, in conjunction with School Sport Victoria (SSV) conducts boys and girls Kanga 8s cricket competitions at the local, region and state level for primary schools in Victoria.

 

For secondary schools, SSV run boys and girls cricket competitions at the division, region, conference and state level across Victoria.

 

School Sport Victoria also offers the opportunity to represent Victoria through the State 12 years and under Boys & Girls and State 15 years and under Boys Cricket teams that compete at the School Sport Australia National Championships each year. There are strong links between the SSV State teams and Cricket Victoria's pathway program at the under 14 and under 16 level. Together, the SSV State teams and Cricket Victoria's pathway program provide great opportunities for students aspiring to become future Bushrangers and Spirit players.
