Cricket Victoria 50 Year Service Recognition Awards

The 50 Year Service Recognition Awards look to highlight those who have contributed outstanding service as either a player, coach, official, administrator or volunteer of our great game.

During the 2017-18 recognition awards, 36 volunteers were recognised for their contribution to cricket for over 50 years. The event was held on Day 3 of the Boxing Day Test between Australia and England at the MCG, with guests able to watch the cricket after the awards ceremony.

The event will again be held on Day 3 of the Boxing Day test, with Australia set to play India in the third test of the series.

Nominations are now open for the 50 Year Service Recognition Awards for 2018-19. Those who have contributed 50 or more years of service to cricket as a player, coach, official, administrator or volunteer are invited to be nominated for the awards.
