Cricket Victoria Service Awards
The Cricket Victoria (CV) Service Awards honour individuals who have made significant and long-standing contributions to the Victorian cricket community. These service awards reaffirm CV’s commitment to recognising and celebrating the people whose dedication has left a lasting impact on the game.
Award Categories
Individuals may be nominated for the following categories of Service Awards:
- 25 Years of Service (Women Only) Recognises women who have dedicated 25 or more years to cricket in eligible roles.
- 50 Years of Service (Men and Women) Recognises individuals who have contributed 50 or more years to cricket in eligible roles.
Eligible Roles
To be eligible for a Service Award, an individual must have held at least one of the following roles at CV or a CV Affiliated Club, Association or Group:
- committee member
- coach
- Cricket Blast coordinator
- team manager
- scorer
- umpire
- groundskeeper
- administrator, or
- general club volunteer,
(each a Recognised Service Role).
Playing alone does not make an individual eligible for a Service Award. The individual must also have held at least one Recognised Service Role beyond playing.
