Turkey Flat Vineyards join Cricket Victoria as Official Wine Partner
Turkey Flat Vineyards will be the new Official Wine Partner of Cricket Victoria.
The Schulz family have been custodians of Turkey Flat in South Australia since the 1860s.
Today, Christie Schulz is the fourth generation of the Schulz family to become caretaker of this remarkable estate.
Turkey Flat consistently delivers award winning wines of great integrity showcasing just how exciting the Barossa Valley and its complexities of evolution and history can be.
All aspects of Turkey Flat Vineyards are committed to reducing their environmental footprint, harvesting all rainwater for use in the winery and solar panels to provide the main source of power.
Turkey Flat Vineyards owner Christie Schulz said: “Turkey Flat is proud and delighted to be in partnership with Cricket Victoria. Great winemaking has at its heart care for people and place, along with respect for tradition while embracing innovation. We believe in striving to achieve these things in all that we do and know we have a like-minded partner in Cricket Victoria.”
Cricket Victoria Head of Consumer Business Toby Williams welcomed the agreement.
“We’re pleased to welcome Turkey Flat Vineyards to our group of Cricket Victoria partners. Turkey Flat products will be served at all Cricket Victoria, Melbourne Stars and Melbourne Renegades events over the coming year,” Williams said.
