Emerging U19 Easter Series – 8-15 April, 2021

Cricket Victoria is pleased to be able to deliver the Emerging U19 Easter Series in Hamilton & Dunkeld between Cricket Victoria and South Australia Cricket Association.

Cricket Victoria High Performance Manager Dean Russ congratulates those selected and believes the series will give the next generation the best platform to perform.

“This is a great opportunity for players to showcase their skills against high quality opposition. This is another step on the cricketing journey and we encourage players to play brave. Players such as Jake Fraser-McGurk and Lloyd Pope have recently been involved in this program in their respective states. We look forward to seeing the next generation of cricketers shine” Russ said.

T20

One, pink Kookaburra Regulation ball per innings
BBL-style conditions:
4 over powerplay (Overs 1-4, max. 2 fielders outside the circle);
Batting team ‘Power Surge’ (2 over surge taken after 10 overs, max. 2 fielders outside the circle)
‘Timeout’ at 10 overs, automatic 90 second timeout for both teams (coaches on the field)
‘Bash Boost’ – a bonus point goes to the team with the highest score after 10 overs
There will be no ‘X-Factor’ player in play, teams will play 12 players in all games
