Milly Illingworth is a rising star in Victorian women’s cricket. A right-arm fast-medium bowler known for her slingy action and raw pace, she earned her maiden state contract after an impressive debut in the 2022–23 WNCL season—claiming 4/41 against Western Australia.

Before that, she took nine wickets at the Under‑19 National Female Championships, which led to her inclusion in the senior Victoria squad. She also starred for Australia’s Under‑19 side at the 2023 T20 World Cup, earning Player of the Match honors over India with 2/12. At domestic level, she made her WBBL debut with Melbourne Stars in 2023 and has since moved to Melbourne Renegades, consistently clocking speeds over 120 km/h.
