Molly Strano, is a highly accomplished right-arm off‑break bowler and handy lower-order batter. She began her domestic career with Victoria in 2011, went on to become the leading wicket‑taker in the 2014-15 women’s domestic T20 season with 22 scalps at an average of 12.59, and claimed her place among Australia’s top specialist T20 spinners.

Strano debuted in WT20Is for Australia in February 2017 and recorded a standout 5‑for early in her international career. In the Women’s Big Bash League she starred with the Melbourne Renegades, becoming the first player to reach 100 WBBL wickets and leading the charts in WBBL|05 with 24 wickets.

After a successful stint with Tasmania – where she took over 65 WNCL wickets across 44 games and helped secure three consecutive titles – she has returned to Victoria ahead of the 2025–26 season.

Strano’s wealth of experience, consistency with the ball, and leadership qualities make her a formidable and valued member of the Victoria squad.
