Tess Flintoff is a fast‑medium bowling all‑rounder who came up through the Cricket Victoria pathway—playing junior cricket from Under‑12 onwards, captaining state age‑groups, and debuting for Victoria as a teenager. On the WBBL stage, Tess broke through with a record‑setting 16‑ball fifty for the Stars against Adelaide Strikers during the 2022-23 season – the quickest in WBBL history and the second‑fastest ever in women’s T20. That standout campaign also earned her the Stars’ Young Gun award. She shone for Victoria in 2024-25 too, scoring 330 WNCL runs (including a match‑winning 77*) and taking eight wickets-including 3/34 against NSW.
