Information

The Plenty Valley Cricket Club (PVCC) are seeking applicants for the position of Captain/Coach (VSDCA Male Program) for season 2024/2025.

PVCC have 4 senior Men’s teams playing in the VSDCA.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning and implementation of relevant training programs for our 4 senior teams.

The successful applicant will have the ability to motivate and lead the playing group, to further develop our senior list whilst providing a disciplined environment to nurture and guide our upcoming junior players on and off the field.

 

Key Selection Criteria

  • having a vision and passion for nurturing talent
  • having a strong commitment to player development
  • being a leader in facilitating training programs
  • being part of a club that values both success and growth
  • having played a high level of cricket in the VSDCA or higher
  • having the ability to lead senior assistant coaches, and identify/develop future coaches
