Footscray United Cricket Club are seeking a playing coach / non-playing coach / captain-coach – all will be considered. We have a successful history and currently have 4 senior teams.
Looking to launch junior teams and a Woolworths blast program in the future. Our top 2 senior grades compete in Division 1 of the VTCA.
Key Selection Criteria
The successful applicant should possess:
- A want to improve all players in all grades
- A strong work ethic and drive to succeed
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Level 1 or 2 coaching qualification
- A willingness to mentor players
- Ability to develop and implement training plans
- Be a positive influence around the club
