South Caulfield CC are looking for a playing or non-playing coach to deliver our centenary club strategy in 2024/25.

CAN YOU DEMONSTRATE:
South Caulfield CC is one of the strongest cricket clubs in metropolitan Melbourne. To deliver our centenary club strategy in 2024/25:
- Identify, develop, and inspire
- Manage semi-professional players
- Setting up and maintaining structure, training orientation, game plans, list development & talent identification while overseeing the entire club cricket programs.
- Plan & deliver highly engaging learning environments including all pre-/in season plans to all key stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Manage High-Performance Coaching and development Assistant coach, captains.
- Ensure holistic development & improvements.
- Manage selection process including communication to players.

Key Selection Criteria
ABOUT YOU:
- Minimum level 2 Coaching Accreditation
- Been part of an elite program or similar
- Knowledge of the PlayHQ
- Experience in coaching multiple teams
- Working with Children Check
This club has had unprecedented success in past 11 seasons with a min of 17 premierships spread across grades.
