Information
The Balwyn Cricket Club is seeking a Senior Coach (playing or non-playing) for Season 2024/25 and beyond. The coach will be responsible for the planning and implementation of relevant training programs for the senior club, as well mentoring senior leaders and supporting the Match Committee. Suitable remuneration will be provided depending on negotiated role, demonstrated capability, and experience of the preferred candidate.
Balwyn are a strong and well-established community focussed cricket club competing in the VSDCA. We are located at Gordon Barnard Reserve and currently field four Senior Men’s teams, five junior teams and run a successful Youth Development Squad.
Key Selection Criteria
You will possess strong leadership qualities and understanding of the technical and strategic aspects of the game.
You will be highly organised, have excellent communication skills and a passion for the game.
You will be an experienced cricketer who is seeking an opportunity to coach and develop all abilities/ages.
You will be at least a Level 1 Cricket Coaching Accreditation and be committed and enthusiastic to promoting an inclusive culture.
