We are on the hunt for a senior playing coach for season 24/25.
Based in the Warragul and District Cricket Association in Gippsland, we have 3 senior grades Division 1,3,4.
Remuneration is negotiable based on qualification, skills and experience.
Key Selection Criteria
- Ability to plan and attend training sessions.
- Improve team performance across all grades.
- Ability to work with captains to select 3 senior sides.
- Willing to work with a good young upcoming group.
- Strong leadership and intra-personal skills.
- Develop players as we look to progress them amongst the ranks.
- Coaching experience preferred but not essential pending playing experience.
