The annual forum forms part of Cricket Victoria’s wider schools program and is designed to engage girls in leadership.
The forum is designed to develop leadership skills and provide participants with valuable skills and tools to become emerging leaders.
In addition to the education program, the girls heard from former Australian cricket captain Belinda Clark, Olympian Linley Frame and Cricket Victoria’s CEO Tony Dodemaide.
The second panel included addresses from Australian Waterpolo Vice Captain Rowie Webster and young entrepeneur Isabella Dymalovski – creator of Luv Ur Skin skincare and Cricket Victoria’s Head of Female Cricket Sonya Thompson. Cricket Victoria staff also ran a series of leadership workshops.
The day also included an opportunity to learn about the importance of mindfulness from Smiling Minds and had a terrific interactive Pilates fitness session led by Studio PP.
