The objective of the National Player Pathway Program is to develop a clear and attractive pathway that ensures all players are given the opportunity to reach their full potential and enjoy cricket’s life long journey.
Communicating and collaborating directly with clubs, associations, coaches and volunteers at roadshows located right across Australia will assist to further embed the outcomes and objectives of the National Player Pathway Program.
This initiative affects all levels and all formats of cricket. The roadshows will equip coaches, managers and administrators with the tools they need to ensure the ongoing success of their club or association.

– Junior and talent pathways and what it means for clubs and associations
– Formats, Playing Policies and Guidelines
– New Coach Development resources
– Club Development tools
– Facility specifications and funding opportunities
