Victorian cricket toasts winners of A Sport for All awards

The awards were created to highlight and celebrate community cricket and recognise the achievements of our community clubs, associations, indoor centres, community organisations, administrators and volunteers.

Many of these volunteers go above and beyond expectations to make cricket a sport for all Australians.

Cricket Victoria Chief Executive Andrew Ingleton said the new awards would form an important part of the annual calendar.

“We’re really pleased to host these awards and be able to toast the great work that so many clubs, organisations, associations and individuals are doing to both promote cricket and make it a game accessible to everyone,” Ingleton said.

“It’s important to us that we recognise the many volunteers who are working at the coalface of Victorian cricket and commend them for everything they contribute to our sport.”

The A Sport for All Awards – Victoria will be held annually.
