It is an exciting time to lead the Board as we work to ensure that Victorian cricket retains and grows its popularity across all levels of the sport,” Mr Barker said.

Cricket Victoria CEO Andrew Ingleton welcomed the appointment of Mr Barker.

“Paul has already made a significant contribution to our organisation and I’m pleased he will now lead us through our next chapter. Paul’s extensive corporate experience will serve the organisation well as we embark on the challenge to unite and inspire the Victorian community through cricket,” Mr Ingleton said.
