Flower was a Director of Sports Education Development Australia (SEDA) who, in partnership with Cricket Victoria, delivered the first Sports Development Program in 2007.
Flower’s passion for sport and education was unrivalled and he was instrumental in creating a legacy that will be carried on by the many students that have come through the SEDA program.
He was also instrumental in assisting SEDA grow from its initial partnership with Cricket Victoria into a national education organisation.
