The Damascus College graduate’s concept will be brought to life by Masuri when Victoria takes on Tasmania at the CitiPower Centre on March 19.
“It’s a huge thing to see all the players I like wearing my art on their helmet,” Frawley told Ballarat’s The Courier newspaper.
“It’s a bit surreal… This is the first time my work will really be publicly on show.”
As the winning designer, Frawley will present each Victorian player with their custom helmet and also receives a bat signed by the team.
The helmets will be autographed by the players at the end of the match and auctioned for charity.
