2023-24 U19 Male Emerging Players Program squad named

Preseason will begin on 23rd July through to matches in September school holidays, Vic Country and Vic Metro teams are selected in late October.

In a change this year, the CA National Championships have been scheduled from 30th Nov – 7th December in NSW.

This will allow more time for players to prepare between the National Championships and the ICC U19 World Cup which is scheduled for Sri Lanka in January 2024.

Talented young players will have an experienced coaching group working with them across the program.

Coaches

    • Current Victorian contracted players Travis Dean and Xavier Crone
    • CV Talent Development Specialist James Miller and former first-class cricketer and Geelong CC Coach, Nick Speak
    • Former Sri Lankan star Tilan Samaraweera will also be involved in the U19 program as a specialist coach
