Winning the toss and batting first at Jubilee Park in Ringwood, the Breakers reached 4-166 from their 40 overs, thanks largely to half centuries from Mitchell Domann (53) and Rory Freeman (50).
Joshua Burns claimed 2-25 for Inner South East Scorpions, with Hannin Mundy (1-12) and Jesse Castan (1-30) also taking a wicket each.
The Scorpions couldn’t chase down the target, finishing on 7-132 from their allotted overs.
James Dekel was the standout batsman with 42*, while Miles Sellenger was the pick of the Breakers bowlers with 4-16 from eight overs, including three maidens.
Bailey Moon (1-16) and Thomas Christie (1-33) chimed in with wickets of their own as South East Bayside capped off a campaign where they were undefeated.
Sellenger was chosen as Player of the Match for his four-wicket haul.
The championships were a superb showcase of some of Victoria’s best under-14 players, with both batsman and bowlers putting in strong performances.
South East Bayside’s Rory Freeman was the top run-scorer of the tournament, finishing with 267 runs at an average of 53.4 and a top score of 81.
Max Stevenson from Inner South East compiled 249 runs averaging 62.25 with a top score of 94 and Yash Pednekar from Metropolitan Outer South rounded out the top three with 157 runs at 52.33 and a top score of 67.
South East Bayside also had the best bowler of the championships with Sellenger taking 13 wickets in five games, including a haul of 5-28 against Gippsland Pride.
Castan claimed 10 wickets from five matches for the Scorpions, his best figures of 3-8 coming against North East Country while Nicholas Walker from the Outer East Eagles finished with eight wickets and a best performance of 5-29 against the Western Waves.
Stevenson was named Player of the Tournament for his batting efforts with the Scorpions.
