An unbeaten 74 from Daniel Venables saw the Victorians surpass the Tasmanian total of 8-126 with just one wicket down.
After winning the toss and electing to bat, Tasmania made a good start to its innings with opening batsman Caiden Workman piling on 31 runs.
However, a three-wicket haul from Zachary Mevissen (3-32) saw the Victorians restrict Tasmania to 8-126 after its 50 overs.
In reply, Victoria had the perfect start with a 93-run opening partnership from Venables and Austin Heldt (39).
With some mature batting, the pair helped guide Victoria to a nine-wicket victory in the 31st over.
In the last game of the tournament, the win saw Victoria complete the competiton in third place in its pool.
