The Buckley Park Cricket Club has grown significantly over the last nine years to become one of the strongest clubs within the North West Metro Cricket Association. For the upcoming the 2024/25 season the club will have four Junior teams across U/10 and U/12 grades and the club is looking to fast track the development of these young junior players with a Head Coach.
Key Selection Criteria
Level 1 Community Coaching Qualification (Level 2 - Preferred)
Valid Victorian Working with Children Check (Mandatory)
Communicate clearly and give feedback
Manage a team and foster participation and enjoyment
Develop positive relationships with key stakeholders (Players, Parents, Opposition and Umpires)
Implement modern training methods
Clear understanding of Cricket Scoring
Clear understanding of Cricket Umpiring
Ability to recruit new players into the club
