How do I know my booking is confirmed?
Once you have made your booking online, you will receive a booking confirmation to the email you submitted as part of the booking process within 5-10minutes. If you don’t receive this email, first check your junk mail prior to emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
What payments do you accept?

Post-Pay (Premier Clubs Only). Your club will be invoiced the total of your booking at a later date.
Are balls included in the hire of the bowling machines?
Yes, we supply balls for the bowling machines. At the end of your session these need to be returned.
How wide are the lanes?
Our indoor lanes are 3.6m wide
Where can I store equipment / kit bags?
All equipment and kit bags should be stored under the benches on the left-hand side upon entry into the indoor centre. This is to ensure egress (paths of travel to fire doors) are kept free.
Is there food available at the CitiPower Centre?
Dineamic Café is open Monday – Friday (8am – 3pm). Catering can be organised upon request for a minimum of 10 people. Click here for an order form or contact email@example.com.
Is there an area for spectators?
There is a small amount of seating within the indoor centre. There is also a viewing gallery on level 1, and all activity can be viewed from the reception area.
What Parking is available onsite?
Indoor Cricket Facility bookings do not come with on-site parking at the CitiPower Centre. Parking is available on Lakeside Drive and surrounding streets on an hourly rate, or flat rate from 5pm onwards on weekdays. Parking is a flat rate on weekends.
Access to CitiPower Centre
Please entre the CitiPower Centre on foot via Gate 2 (Lakeside Drive) and enter via the main Level 1 entrance. In the event that either Gate 2 is locked, or the main entrance door is locked, please call reception on (03) 9085 4003 to gain entry. There is a large lobby area inside the main entrance where teams can assemble and wait prior to entering the indoor facility.
Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of your booking to allow registration / sign-in at CV reception, and to be allocated to your lanes.
Lane changeover period
Please note that your first 5 minutes and last 5 minutes of your booking is used as a lane changeover period. Please be ready to exit the indoor centre lanes 5 minutes before the end of your hire period.
What is the cancellation policy?
Refunds will only be applied if 24 hours’ notice of cancellation is given via email to firstname.lastname@example.org . If cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice no credit or refund will be given.
