St Albans CC is currently affiliated with the VTCA.
We are seeking an experienced Captain/Coach with outstanding communication skills & a proven history in developing young teams to compete at their optimum, including mentoring junior coaches throughout the year.
You will assist with the overseeing and management of all cricket teams within the club, whilst closely working with the committee to promote a positive culture on and off the field.
Key Selection Criteria
- Previous Coaching Experience
- Current Level 2 Coaching Accreditation
- Current Working with Children Check
- Leadership, strong communication and people skills
- Ability to drive improvement in performance on-field
- Ability to transition Junior players into the Senior program
- Align with club values.
- Ability to organise, prioritise and manage different tasks at the same time
- Ability to remain calm, and deal with issues effectively
