Langwarrin Cricket Club is seeking applications for a Captain/Coach or playing Coach
We are a large club currently fielding 7 senior sides and 12 junior sides in the Mornington Peninsula Cricket Association; we compete in the MPCA’s highest grade Provincial where we currently on top of the ladder and were runners up last season and currently looking for an on-field leader who can work with our senior group to develop our next generation of junior cricketers.
Key Selection Criteria
- Strong leadership
- Great communication skills
- Ability to provide constructive feedback
- Expert understanding of batting and bowling techniques
- Capacity to coordinate and execute a targeted training program
- A willingness to develop our junior cricketers into senior players
- An understanding of the diversity of our playing group and the inclusive environment of Langwarrin Cricket Club
