Heathwood CC is seeking a Captain Coach or Senior Playing Coach for 2024/25 and beyond. We are a close knit and well-established community club competing in RDCA. Located at Heathmont Reserve and currently field 4 Senior teams, 4 junior programs with a focus on youth development across the club. Through this process, we are looking for candidates with a whole club mentality, capable of mentoring and developing our young playing list. Suitable remuneration will be provided depending on negotiated role, demonstrated capability, and experience of the preferred candidate.

Key Selection Criteria

  1. Strong leadership qualities and result driven.
  2. Thorough understanding of the technical/ strategic aspects around cricket.
  3. Highly organised with excellent communication skills and a passion for the game.
  4. Coaching Accreditation and experience preferred.
  5. Support and assist match committee with selections.
  6. Aid in recruitment of players.

Ideally, an experienced cricketer who is motivated to lead by example, develop a successful program for all levels and be a positive influence at the club.
