With a rich history and a commitment to nurturing talent, Endeavour Hills Cricket Club is eager to elevate its performance through higher standards and create a vibrant cricketing community for our local area.
EHCC are looking for a “whole club” coach with a priority focus on senior grades, specifically the top 4 turf grades in VSDCA.
A leading candidate will bring strong structures coupled with a firm stance on discipline across the playing group. We believe the right coach will play a vital role in driving our club towards achieving a culture of success on and off the field.
Key Selection Criteria
- Minimum Level 1 Cricket Australia Coaching Accreditation.
- Develop the skills, mindset and match-day capabilities of all EHCC cricketers with a keen focus on the youth.
- Establish a strong sense of teamwork, sportsmanship and clubman ship among our playing list.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Identify talent and ensure players have an opportunity to progress through the grades.
- Work with Captains to ensure the selection process is maintained at a very high standard.
