As Senior Coach, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing Senior and Junior players’ skills, fostering teamwork, and driving performance on the field – taking our team to the next level.

Key Selection Criteria

  • Coaching Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop cricket players at a senior level.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with players.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement training programs and game strategies.
  • Passion for Cricket: Genuine passion for cricket and a commitment to fostering a positive team culture.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership abilities to inspire and motivate players to achieve their best on and off the field.
