The Brighton Cricket Club is seeking a Senior Coach (playing or non-playing) for Season 2024/25 and beyond. Working closely with the senior cricket committee, this role will have responsibility for the development and implementation of the senior club’s cricket strategy.
Suitable remuneration will be negotiated depending on the agreed role, demonstrated capability, and experience of the preferred candidate.
Key Selection Criteria
- You will possess a strong passion for coaching, including but not limited to the technical and strategic aspects of the game.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across a diverse range of age groups.
- The ability to develop cricketers of all abilities and skill levels.
- Minimum Level 1 Cricket Australia Coaching Accreditation
- Previous experience as a senior club coach is advantageous but not necessary.
