The Bacchus Marsh Cricket Club is actively seeking a Senior Coach, either playing or non-playing, to lead our Senior club and drive the development of our Junior players in close collaboration with our Junior coordinator.
Our club, based at Maddingley Park and soon to have a new turf wicket facility at the Bacchus Marsh Racecourse and Recreation Reserve for the 2024/25 season, prides itself on being strong, inclusive, and family-oriented within the Ballarat Cricket Association.
We are prepared to negotiate suitable remuneration based on the role, capabilities, and experience of the preferred candidate.
Key Selection Criteria
- Experienced Cricketer/Coach: A deep understanding of the game of cricket and a track record of coaching at a senior level.
- Cultural Leadership: A cultural leader who can uphold and drive the club’s mission, values, traditions, and beliefs.
- Establishing Standards of Excellence: Be able to set and maintain standards of excellence to ensure the club operates with best practices both on and off the field.
