The Melton Cricket Club is seeking applicants for the role of senior playing or non-playing coach for season 2024/25 and future.
Key Selection Criteria
- Level 1 Cricket Australia Coaching Accreditation.
- Experience as a senior club coach is advantageous but not necessary.
- Played or coached at a high level of cricket.
- Excellent communication and intrapersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across a diverse range of age groups.
- The ability to plan and implement an inspiring training/coaching plan with emphasis on club values.
- You will be committed and enthusiastic to promoting inclusive culture.
